• Read your Guidebook and refer back to it often.
• PREPARATION! PREPARATION! PREPARATION!
• Have a food prep day once a week to take the stress off meal planning.
• Use the RECIPES tab for easy access to delicious SHAPE recipes.
• Set Short-Term and Long-Term goals for weight loss and health restoration.
• Keep a copy of apporved foods on your phone for reference.
• Check out SHAPE Approved Extras.
• Take measurements – chart on page 27 of your Guidebook.
• Food Scale – weigh your protein after cooking.
• Weight Scale – step on in the morning – daily or weekly.
• Proper FAT Loading is critical to success. Don’t skimp!
• Drink your water – 48 to 60 ounces per day is recommended.
• Measure 16 crackers into individual baggies to keep from overeating.
• Join the Official SHAPE ReClaimed Facebook page for support.
• Use only Mineral Oil or an oil-free lotion such as SKIN ReClaimed.
• Use Celtic Sea Salt and other herbs and spices for seasoning.
• If you slip up, don’t beat yourself up! Get back on track ASAP!
